Support & Refund Policy

We want every TruthHound scan to give you a clear, useful result. If something hasn't worked the way you expected, here's how we handle it.
If your scan didn't help
Scan quality depends heavily on the photo you upload. Lighting, angle, resolution, and the amount of supporting context all affect the result. If your output feels off, unclear, or you think something has gone wrong, email us at support@truthhound.app within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order ID and a short description of the issue.
We review every request individually. In most cases we can re-run the scan with a better input or help you interpret the result. Where appropriate, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. We do not offer automatic refunds.
What we look at
When you contact us, we'll typically check:
- Whether the photo or input met our basic guidelines (clear, well-lit, sufficient detail)
- Whether the scan completed successfully on our end
- Whether the result you received reflects the input you provided
- Whether re-running with adjusted inputs is likely to give you a better outcome
Time window
Support requests must be raised within 7 days of your original purchase date. Requests outside this window will not be reviewed.
Watch subscription
The Watch subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. The current billing period is not pro-rated or refunded, and you'll retain access to Watch features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us at support@truthhound.app first. We respond to every email and will work with you to find a fair resolution. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us removes our ability to help directly and may result in your account being closed.
